The Invitation of the Soul
Your Soul is Calling, Will You Pick Up?
The soul is often thought as a divine and sometimes unreachable essence. When in reality the soul itself is a level of awareness, a modality that we always have access to.
The majority of our waking life is lived through our egoic frame that is derived from the mind. The mind itself is a modality and a useful tool for us to navigate through this Earthly existence. So does that mean we need to change our minds to reach our souls? Not at all. We simply need to change our modalities from mind to soul and become aware of the observer within us.
To make things more clear our consciousness and our awareness is our soul. Meaning we don’t have a soul, we are a soul. The mind and body are vessels for the soul to exist in this physical reality. We are souls having a temporary human experience.
So how does our true selves, our soul invite us into its state of consciousness?
Firstly, the souls state of consciousness is presence and will only be experienced through the present moment. Not in the past or the future.
Secondly, our lovely ego’s, our minds modality is the past or the future, NOT the present moment.
Thirdly, to answer the question as to how we are invited into our souls consciousness, the soul invites by pulling our awareness into the present moment. Because that is where the soul resides, it’s where our conscious awareness is lifted up to Divine wisdom and inspiration.
The soul pulls your awareness into the present moment in numerous and infinite ways. Such as you can be going about your day and going through the motions. All of the sudden you get a nudge or a hunch that stops you in your tracks. It’s got your attention and you are fully immersed in the knowing that something must “change”. The nudge can indicate that its time rest, that its time to release that toxic relationship, to move cities or to start that project. It may not always be a shining lights dramatic moment, but you will know when it happens because your are fully present.
It’s in that moment of presence when we are invited by our soul stop and listen to it’s message. Staying grounded in the present moment will help you decipher your souls message.
Our soul consciousness has a birds eye vision and it’s when we become aware of its presence that we are given access to Divine wisdom and the knowledge that will propel our evolution so we can live a more fulfilled and abundant experience,
